Magic Portion

Maya came to the kitchen and asked me, "Mama, do you have anything juicy?" There were some fruits on the table, so I told her to eat them. But She took a container and started to mix stuffs! Milk, grapes, the skin of an apple and herbal tea??? I asked her what she is making, but she didn't tell me… She taped the sign saying "Do not drink!!!" and stored it in the refrigerator…  I just overheard the conversation with her and her friend, so I know what it is! It is Magic Portion! It's been in the refrigerator for one week already. What should I do with it???

マヤがキッチンにやってきて、「ママ、何かジューシーなものある？」と聞いてきました。テーブルの上に果物があったのでそれを食べるように言うと、食べようとはせず、入れ物にいろいろなものを入れて掻き混ぜ始めました！牛乳、ぶどう、リンゴの皮、ハーブティー。。。何を作っているのか聞いても教えてくれません。最後に、"Do not drink!!!"と書いた紙を張り付け、冷蔵庫に入れました。実は、お友達とマヤの会話を盗み聞きしたのですが、どうやら「魔法の薬」を作っているようです！！！その「魔法の薬」は、もう１週間も冷蔵庫の中にあるのですが、どうしたらよいものか？？？

Clockwork Hanna

Last one month was the time for major growth for Hanna. She started to crawl, pull herself up to stand and almost make steps with support. So this sketch became outdated already! It was just when she just started to crawl. Her movement is so mechanical like a clockwork toy. It is really funny!

この１ヶ月は、ハナの成長が著しい一１ヶ月でした。ハイハイが始まり、つかまり立ち、そしてちょっとだけつかまり歩き。なのでこのスケッチはもう古くなってしまいました。ハイハイが始まった時に描いたものです。ぎこちないロボットのような動きがぜんまい仕掛けのおもちゃのようで面白い！

At SF Holiday Bazaar

I just finished SF Holiday Bazaar. It became my holiday time tradition to participate in the craft fairs. It was challenging this year, for I have my baby, Hanna! But I was able to go through it, because my friends supported me and gave me a lot of advices and encouragement. I really appreciate having such creative and caring friends! Thanks, Sansu, HJ and Jeeyoung!

SF Holiday Bazaarが無事に終了しました！３年続きで年末にクラフトフェアに参加しています。今年はハナをお世話しながらの準備で、いつも以上に大変でしたが、友達に支えられながらなんとか乗り切る事が出来ました。商品についてのアドバイスもたくさんもらい、売り手として少しステップアップできたかな？と思える出来栄えでした。いつものことながら、こんなにクリエイティブで友達思いの友達を持つ事が出来て感謝です。Sansu, HJ Jeeyoung　ありがとう〜！

SF Bazaar Holiday Show

I'm going to participate in this craft fair this year with my talented artist friends, Sansu, HJ and Jeeyoung. I'm extremely busy with preparing for the fair and taking care of fast-growing Hanna! Hope to see you there!

今年はこちらのクラフトフェアに参加する事になりました。才能あふれる友達（ Sansu, HJ　Jeeyoung）と一緒に今年も頑張ります。今は、その準備と７ヶ月になったハナのお世話に明け暮れています〜！

Roll Over

Hanna is 6 months, but she still doesn't roll over well. The other day, she did roll over from her stomach  to her back. So I praised her and said to Maya that I'm happy Hanna did roll over. Then, Maya, instead of being happy, started to roll over herself and said, "Look, Mama! I can do this!" She rolls as fast as she can back and forth proudly! Sometimes I forget that Maya is still a small jealous girl!

ハナは６ヶ月。でも、まだ上手に寝返りができません。この間、腹這いから仰向けにコロンとできたので、嬉しくなってハナを褒めて、マヤにもハナが寝返りできた事を伝えました。すると、何をするかと思ったら、いきなりゴロゴロとすごいスピードで転がり始めました。そして、「ママ見て！マヤこんなにできるよ〜！」と得意顔。ついうっかりマヤもまだ小さいヤキモチ焼きの女の子なんだってこと忘れてしまいます！

Teeth Kingdom

Maya's grown-up front top teeth came out over the summer. These are much much bigger than baby front teeth. According to Maya, they are the king and queen. The front bottom teeth are the prince and princess. There is Teeth kingdom in her mouth!

夏の間にまやの上の前歯二本も永久歯に生え変わりました。この二つは乳歯より二倍くらい大きいので、なんだか顔つきも大人びて見えます。まやは、そのふたつを王様とお妃様といいました。そして、下の前歯二本が王子様とお姫様。そこには歯の王国があるようです。
